Alone Time
One of my favorite things about being single is my alone time. I actually am a social person, but I also comfortable being by myself. When my dose of alone time is satisfied I am then able to be with others.
Be careful. Once you get married and especially once you have children you lose a lot of alone time. And if you depend on it to recharge yourself it can be quite frustrating.
Kudos to you for seeing the positive in being single. I also relish "alone time." The challenge is when I get bored of too much "alone time" of course, and crave a handsome, sweet companion. Lol ;) Most of my friends are married or uber-busy, so social activities as a frum single girl can be hard to come by. I like your blog by the way! Recently discovered it. Would appreciate if you snuck a peek at mine too ;)
I used to cherish my alone time and used it refuel. Then I got married, at 36 by the way, and now 4 children later, alone time is a distant memory. But I haven't had to give it up completely, I just had to reduce the dosage. So instead of an hour of me-time, I now make sure to have at least 15 minutes every single day. It's doable. All of it. :)
