i saw this on fashion-isha's facebook page. fashion isha has beautiful fashions on her website. this of course is a frum fashion don't. i have knocked those who wear 3/4 shells under strapless gowns, and this is the skirt version. i agree that some outfits look cute in the layered look even if the designer hadn't intended his/her fashions to be worn as such, but this is just over the top. ladies, i beg of you, DON'T try this at home.

I am very much against this over-layering concept; it just looks homemade instead of "finished." If one makes a point to look, one can find dresses with sleeves and collars, and skirts that are long enough. I should know, because I'm so tall it's hard to find a long enough skirt.
Give the shells a breather! And no, I mean NO! to wearing skirts on top of skirts. That just adds more tuchus and hips.
That picture is just weird. I'm not really against wearing shells under a sleeveless dress, but PLEASE, look in the mirror first to make sure it works OK. It's not a no-brainer!
