writing

ive always enjoyed creative writing . ive also always had the penmanship of a brain surgeon . MESSY. typing on an old fashioned typewriter was a pill . it took me forever to type without looking.
im so glad computers are around now. they make writing so much easier. they make correcting typos so much easier. in this sense i am not nostalgic for the old days. i may be addicted to my computer, but my writing has increased and my typing has improved. yay technology!

Nice post. I'm with you on the penmanship 100%. You should've seen the remarks on my tests and other papers. 'I would love to mark you, Avi, but I couldn't read your work.' And that was one of the more pleasant comments lol. I wasn't around during the typewriter days (Thank goodness for that!!), so all I know is computers; and I am obsessed. I just started my own blog (last week :p) and I've been writing extensively on a rather diverse set of topics for months. Creative writing has been my favorite pastime, and it's awesome. I love the fact that I can just sit down and write for hours on a topic and have something tangible to look at afterwards; as opposed to having a 4 hour conversation and nothing substantial saved. The auto-spell check in Microsoft Office 2007 and Google Chrome are 2 of my best friends lol.

So correct typos!!!
And use capital letters!
You're taking the whole "creative" part way too literally. :-P

word verification: undeden
To make something undead
To create a zombie

There were no typos in anything I wrote or what she wrote, so what are you going on about correcting typos? And how she chooses to format her blogs in terms of capitalization is up to her. She can make it as formal or informal as she likes.

By the way, there is no such word as undeden. I'm not sure what that word verification is about, but the word doesn't exist. At least not according to any dictionary, nor on Google. (talk about typos, did you initially mean unde'a'den anyway? Then again, there is no such word as undead. Unless you're using the term coined by the author of Dracula, which is now used in video games and movies, and isn't a word you'd find anywhere out of that context. That being the case, the 'word' isn't formally considered being a word anywhere besides wiktionary, which doesn't count for much. :)

"ive" is a typo.
re capitalization, like I said, taking the whole "creative" part way too literally.

Not very observational, are you? Go to comment box. Now look right below. What does it say to the left of the text field?
Sometimes the word verification pattern kinda looks like a word. Now it says "dional" which is an anagram for "lion ad".

Haha. Maybe she has a typo or two but she uses words correctly. Observational? I think you meant to say observant. 'Not very observant, are you?' Slick.

And once again, about the word verification, regardless of lion ad being an anagram of dional, undeden is not a a word therefore can have no definition attached. 'need dun' could be what the word verification was 'getting at,' but not undeden.

And let's not get hypocritical here please. You didn't capitalize 're' and 'kinda' isn't a word either, and therefore should not be used in creative writing either according to you.

Was typing with one hand while holding baby in the other and the bottle with my nose, so :-P

word verification: adededi

I think it's about the zombies again...

Get a life Moshe.

(And once again, you are a hypocrite. Capitalization? I thought so. If you're so concerned about her grammar, set an example, rather then being annoying as hell and not even practicing what you preach.

word verification: zesses
Moshe has no better way to spend his time except making up words that he sees on the word verification.

Wow. Great comebacks haha. Immature insult after immature insult. And do you call yourself frum? Telling a frum person to 'get laid?' Nebach.

And I think I'm done ruining frum female's blog talking to a nebach such as yourself. Go talk other frum people into getting laid. And change your name to Mike while you're at it.

Why would I change my name to Mike?
